\\HOW TO DO YOUR REGISTRATION?

​

You must fill in the form on the REGISTRATION tab and pay for your reservation there directly with a credit or debit card.

​

If you come with a group, you must include the code that has been assigned to you in the registration. Each person in the group must fill out their registration individually. The organizer of the group (either the teacher, the coach or the school) must send us a list with the names of the group in order to identify the members of the group. You can always add more people to the group later.

 

\\WAY TO PAY

​

You can pay directly in the form with a card. In the case of the FULL PASS, firstly with the registration you will be charged only the deposit and later, upon arrival at the event, you can pay the remaining amount in the delivery of accreditations.

 

Accreditations will not be delivered to those students who are pending any payment.

 

Keep in mind that the accreditations are delivered at the counter that we will set up for the event in the hotel hall.

\\STUDENT RECEPTION

​

Students will be received in the Hotel Hall by our Staff team to deliver the accreditations and collect the payments that are still pending.

\\BRACELETS

​

The accreditation for the workshops will be a bracelet with a security closure that, once opened, cannot be closed again. The bracelets will be for personal and non-transferable use, any manipulation or loss of the bracelet may result in the prohibition of entry to the classroom.

 

\\HOTEL

​

This year we no longer manage the hotel accommodation from our website, but you can book it directly on the hotel websitewww.ilunionalcorasevilla.com.For this reason, keep in mind thatNONEof the options we offer here (FULL PASS or DAY PASSES)INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION. The price of the hotel does not change compared to other years, only the way of reserving the accommodation changes. Don't forget to include your YESWEDANCE discount code on the hotel's website to get the special price for YWD attendees!!

 

\\MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

​

The organization allows the participation of minors under 18 years of age to the event, attaching the authorization signed by the parents or legal guardians. However, it should be noted that we are not a summer camp cWith monitors 24 hours a day, it is an event that combines dance classes with other activities, and that facilitates accommodation for those participants who wish to do so. This means that during free leisure time, each student will be responsible for himself. For this reason, it is recommended that minors who want to attend be accompanied by an adult, either their coach/teacher, or other colleagues who are of legal age. The entrance to the Night Parties that have alcohol will be prohibited for minors under 18 years of age (DNI will be required at the entrance).

 

\\GENERAL RULES DURING THE WEEK OF WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES:

The student agrees to take care of the facilities where the workshops will take place, as well as the hotel rooms.

 

You will be able to enter the classes with water or snacks to keep you strong, but remember to be respectful with your classmates and pick up your trash so as not to accumulate it during the day.

 

You must arrive at least 10 minutes before each class to respect the schedule and that there are no delays. Classes will begin at the established times.

 

The organization is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Students must be careful with their belongings and keep an eye on them at all times.

 

The organization is not responsible for the acts of students outside of class hours. It is recommended that minors always be accompanied by other older companions.

 

The night activities are organized to have a good time. Attendance is not mandatory. For a better organization, schedules will be specified that must be respected by all those who decide to come.

 

It is TOTALLY ESSENTIAL that you have your accreditation bracelet on throughout the event. The bracelet has a safety clasp that, once opened, cannot be closed again. The bracelet is personal and non-transferable. MUST NOT BE TAMPERED OR ALTERED. Any sign of manipulation will be a reason to cancel your place and not let you attend classes again. 

 

Any breach of the rules could result in expulsion from the event.
