CANCELLATION POLICIES

VERY IMPORTANT! Reservations ARE NOT REFUNDABLE as long as the cause is outside the organization. Only in the case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the reservations would be refunded. If you are not sure of being able to attend, for your peace of mind we advise you to purchase cancellation insurance. This can only be added at the time of booking (never later).

REGISTRATION WITH CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

 

Obtaining the new "CANCELLATION INSURANCE" you can cancel your place without the need for justification until JULY 3rd. With this insurance you will be reimbursed in full what you have paid. The amount of the insurance itself (€40) will not be refundable. This insurance is only for the  FULL PASS or the BASIC, VIP OR PREMIUM PACKS.

REGISTRATION WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

 

Reservations ARE NOT REFUNDABLE as long as the cause is outside the organization. Only in the case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the reservations would be refunded. However, it is allowed to make changes of ownership or also changes of days (provided there is capacity available).

CHANGES:

 

Changes of ownership or changes in attendance days are allowed ONLY UNTIL June 30, 2023 . From this day we will not accept any more changes or returns that do not have cancellation insurance.

IMPORTANT! The organization reserves the right to modify the schedule.  The contracted choreographers are currently active professional dancers and it is possible that some may cancel their attendance before the event. In this situation, the organization will propose the best solution to guarantee the quality of the classes and the trainers, but this type of change will never be a justification for the refund of your reservation.
